800 sqft Berkley basement.

Ceiling painted black and 100 million feet of old wires from the 50’s removed lol.

Dry bar with shiplap accents. This counter top was a special project for me. I welded “hammered edge” angle iron for the frame of the counter tops. The high bar is a hickory herringbone pattern and the back top is me playing with angles.

The stairs where fixed and leveled out with a landing added. Then I made a custom series of shelves for the new wall coming down the stairs. I also added this custom bookshelf with a hidden book latch for under the stairs storage. soooo much fun !!!

Also added one storage space/utilities room. and a finished laundry room.

Picture frame box on wall is my way of covering electrical boxes , also with a hidden latch system of my own design.

This build also had floor leveling (major) and floor sealing.
